Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of used items within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate or sanitary goods, once unsealed
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Your Online Shop account
- Go to "Order History" and find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions
- Print the return shipping label provided
- Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and the return form
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
- Drop off the package at the specified carrier location or schedule a pickup
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is defective or damaged, or we sent you an incorrect item. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 14 days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the item and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Changes to This Returns Policy
We may update our returns policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
