Shipping Methods
Your Online Shop offers the following shipping methods for orders within Albania:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days, 5€
- Express Shipping: 1 business day, 15€
For international orders, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times vary by destination. Please see the checkout page for specific options available for your location.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100€ within Albania. International orders and express shipping options are not eligible for free shipping unless specified during promotional periods.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons (such as holidays), order processing may take up to 48 hours.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Tirana: 1-2 business days with standard shipping
- Other major cities in Albania: 2-3 business days with standard shipping
- Rural areas in Albania: 3-5 business days with standard shipping
- International: 5-15 business days depending on destination
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be restrictions on certain products or to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Some products may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees when shipped internationally. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
You can track your order by:
- Logging into your Your Online Shop account and viewing your order history
- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Your Online Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may require photos of damaged items.
